I'm still alive but I'm bored. Lol.
I coslept with Desmond and the transition was easy but he went straight from cosleeping to sleeping in his own full size bed on the floor. Instead of having to move him I would put him to sleep in his bed then I would leave his room. Trying to move a sleeping baby without waking them is damn near impossible. We transitioned him at 15 months. Now we're back to part-time cosleeping because the hubby travels almost every week and I prefer all three of us to be in the same room when he's gone. He sleeps on his own on the weekends though.

Thanks, ladies!
I've been thinking about going to that board, but I've seen threads where they tear apart posters who say no to CIO so I've been afraid to go there. Lol

Kallie try Rosenmunnar cookies ( Swedish thumbprints) 2 C flour sifted 2 sticks butter (1 cup) 1/2 cup sugar Enough jam (any flavor) Cream butter and sugar 4 mins till fluffy. Add flour. Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough into one inch balls and indent thumb in center to make 1/2 inch indentation. I fix the sides of the well to make it deeper not wide. Put about 1/2 teaspoon of jam in the well. Bake 15-20 mins.

Do you have crafty kids? You could make salt dough ornaments.
2 c flour 1 cup salt 3/4-1 cup lukewarm water Mix ingredients to make dough. If dough is crumbly add more water. Roll out with rolling pin to 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Poke hole in top with drinking straw to be able to hang ornament. Bake for 2 hrs-should be completely hard. Let cool completely-about 4 hrs. Once dry- paint with acrylic paints or glitter glues. A clear varnish painted or sprayed wl help ornaments last a long time.

Thanks for all the recipes!
We want to make a little bit of everything. We're going to give tins of baked goods to the family as our home made gift this year.
Salt dough ornaments are so fun!
I also want to do a gingerbread house but make the gingerbread ourselves and get bulk candies for decorating.
I hate my kitchen though. Not enough counter space.
